Battle Fit: Battle Fit is a team-based functional training program developed by former British Army officers, based around high-intensity 35-minute workouts.

Move It: This program includes a high-intensity circuit system that keeps your body guessing from start to finish. Over the course of 35 minutes, you'll take on a combination of bodyweight movements, agility exercises, and endurance training.

HIIT The Deck: HIIT The Deck incorporates the use of the Escape Deck 2.0 into classes in order to maximize your workout. You'll utilize our functional equipment within every station of this program.

Zero: A 45 minute class that uses ZERO equipment. This class is designed to push you to your physical potential using your own body weight. 

Octagon: Our Octagon class is based around building proper form and technique through strength training. During this class, you'll test your strength through our instructor led workout

Flow: Flow is 45 minutes of constant movement using a single piece of equipment, Challenge your endurance and strength through this class. 

Fight: Train like a champion with fight. Using boxing conditioning drills, challenge your endurance by fighting to the finish. This class incorporates agility, core, and boxing techniques.
